Ever since I was a little girl, I had intestinal problems. I’m lactose intolerant, plus I’ve been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Spastic Colon and Colitis. The pain was so bad it would wake me up in the middle of the night on a regular basis.

Trying to treat my problems, I was put on many medications that I had to quit “cold turkey” because I couldn’t function as a human anymore. I also tried over-the-counter remedies (useless) and health food stores (aloe vera juice, chlorophyll, juice fasting, etc.) with no results. I’ve been put on special diets to find out what specific foods irritate me, only discover that all foods irritate me.

I am a vegetarian who consumes very little dairy, avoids tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, sweets, etc., but no matter what I tried, nothing was able to relieve the pain… until now.
